1. Cause of the Labeling Error
During the production and printing process of the vial labels for the relevant product, certain typographical errors occurred due to a printing error at the printing company.
We hereby confirm that these errors were not related to the manufacturing process, quality control, or any defect in the product itself, but were solely typographical errors that occurred during the label printing process.
2. Confirmation of Product Authenticity
We hereby confirm that the products bearing the aforementioned labeling errors are genuine products officially distributed by HJ Corporations Co., Ltd.
HJ Corporations Co., Ltd. officially verifies the authenticity of these products and guarantees that they are not counterfeit products or products distributed through any unauthorized or abnormal distribution channel.
3. Product Authentication via QR Code
The authenticity of the relevant product can be verified through the QR code provided on the product packaging.
By scanning the QR code located on the back of the product's outer box, users can proceed with the product authentication process and verify the authenticity of the product.
Therefore, we kindly request that the relevant products not be considered counterfeit solely on the basis of the typographical errors found on the vial labels.
To prevent the recurrence of similar issues, we have strengthened our inspection and verification procedures throughout the label production and printing process.
In addition, starting from the next production batch, the expiration date and lot number, which have previously been printed on the bottom of the vial, will be printed directly on the vial label. This change is intended to ensure clearer and more consistent product identification and labeling.
All products shipped from the next production batch onward will feature corrected and updated labeling information, including the expiration date and lot number on the vial label.
